Huntington Beach Ultimate Training

I had some time before my flight home yesterday and so I thought I'd drop in on the guys at Huntington Beach Ultimate Training; this is where Tito Ortiz and Quinton Jackson train. While I was there I had a chance to talk briefly with Michael "The Count" Bisping and "Razor" Rob McCullough.

Team Quest

Last evening I made the most of my time in southern California and went to Team Quest's facility in Murrieta. I met Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou - "The African Assassin", and Dan "Hollywood" Henderson. These guys are among the best fighters in the world.
