Wrong in so many ways...

As the older child, James has been proud that
he can spell and read -
and has sometimes used that to his advantage.

Noelle is in 4K this year

and has been working on spelling too.

Last night after a small sibling fight in the van,

James walked into the house and declared

"Noelle is so D-O-M-E."

To which Noelle responded,

"I know what that spells,

it spells dumb!"

James comeback,

"Yeah, well don't think you're so smart.

If you didn't know how to spell dumb -

you're dumb."

James had saved a little face, yet
Noelle was still smug with satisfaction.

As long as you think you are right...
that's all that really matters.
